Brightin Star Warranty Service Policy
All Brightin Star products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (based on the purchase receipt or order confirmation).
Extended warranty may be offered during special promotions. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has been used in accordance with the user manual and specifications.
- The issue is not caused by human error or external damage.
- The product has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- No unauthorized third-party parts or accessories have been installed.
- The product is genuine (purchased through authorized channels, not counterfeit or refurbished).
In such cases, we will repair or replace the product free of charge (depending on the specific situation).
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Damage caused by human error, accidental drops, liquid spills, collisions, or improper handling.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage caused by force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
- Issues resulting from power problems, incompatible third-party accessories, or software.
- Counterfeit, fake, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., batteries, lens coatings, etc.).
- Products with expired warranty period (except for extended warranties).
Warranty Service Process
1. Within 30 Days of Purchase
- If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or it fails under normal use within 30 days, you may request a free repair or replacement.
- We will cover both shipping costs (to our warehouse and back to you) using our designated logistics channels.
- Please contact our customer service first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the product.
2. Within the 2-Year Warranty Period (30 Days to 2 Years)
- For eligible manufacturing defects, you may request free repair or replacement.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost to our warehouse. After repair or replacement, we will cover the return shipping cost to you.
- Please contact customer service in advance to obtain an RMA number.
3. Out-of-Warranty Repair (After 2 Years)
- We still offer paid repair or replacement services.
- You will be responsible for all shipping costs and repair/service fees (a quote will be provided after inspection).
- After repair or replacement, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Please contact customer service first to confirm feasibility and costs.
Important Notes
Mandatory RMA Process: All warranty claims must be pre-approved by contacting our customer service and obtaining an RMA number. Shipments without an RMA may be rejected or incur additional fees.
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your original invoice, order number, or serial number as proof of purchase for warranty validation.
Returns vs Warranty: This warranty policy does not replace the platform’s return/refund policy. For serious quality issues within the return window, please apply through the original purchase platform first.
Final Interpretation: Brightin Star reserves the right to make final interpretations of this policy and to modify it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
