Shipping Policy

How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, our products take approximately 2-5 business days to be produced and shipped domestically. After successfully switching to international logistics, we will deliver your order to you within 4-20 working days.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

US UK CA you don’t need to clear customs and pay duties, Brightin Star will take care of it.
Other countries require you to clear customs and pay duties in person. Due to different national policies, we do not have the right to handle it for you.

Shipping costs will be displayed in detail at checkout, and you can choose your preferred delivery method and additional services.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

The following countries are temporarily unable to deliver:

Note:Due to relevant policy restrictions, shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions. If your order cannot be shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
Customs duties generated by DHL shall be borne by customers themselves
